This place is very busy, the nurses and doctors see patients very often. Some people in reception are not very welcoming or might be the lack of communication in other language. The nurse at the first floor the blonde and slim was lovely with me and very caring.... she is kind and maternal. Due covid the men , husbands or boyfriends had to wait outside in the cold garden they could bring some portable heaters for them sometimes they have to wait 4 hours in the cold weather. The facilities are nice. I think some of the members of staff should have a better explanation of the treatments before starting the procedure. Good side they give you the print letter with diagnosis and prognosis straight away after finish the consultation. Professor Ljubic is very professional, happy and smiling he is very optimistic he rarely say No. I’m very impress with Dr. Alexander Ljubić

My experience at Jevremova Clinic was positive and great! Dr Garalejic and her assistant Tanja were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Entire staff was very kind and professional. Many thanks to all nurses, lab staff and embryologists! We are expecting twins soon! First time IVF was a success for us. We went to the clinic without high expectations, without high emotions, we were ready to live our lives happily with or without kids. No stress, no pressure. As a healthcare professional myself, I made sure I understood the IVF process before it started. I also asked questions as the IVF process went on to avoid any confusion and stress. All my questions were answered in timely manner, I felt cared for and in good hands. Entire process went smoothly, from my blood draws, lab results, harvesting eggs, hormone injections, all doctor exams, embryo transfer and communication between nurses and doctors. I felt like I trusted Dr Garalejic knowledge and experience. Her assistant, nurse Tanja organized everything flawlessly and smoothly per doctor's orders. I felt like their only goal was to get me pregnant! I really enjoyed working with those two ladies :) Before coming to any IVF treatment, families need to have realistic expectations and understand that IVF procedure is a very delicate one. There are no guaranties of success. IVF success and pregnancy depends on many, many different factors which are not always under the control of a doctor nor parents. My husband and I traveled from the United States to have IVF procedure done at the Jevremova clinic by Dr Eliana Garalejic. Dr Garalejic helped my aunt 25 years ago, and helped my cousin 5 years ago, they both achieved successful pregnancies with healthy children. I, myself, work in a hospital overseas. As a healthcare professional I can tell you, we are very busy! Nurses and doctors run around a lot which looks a lot like a chaos, we do all that work to take care of our patients and their families. I wrote this review to express my gratitude to entire staff at Jevremova hospital. Their hard work and dedication on day to day basis is something to be proud of. People at this hospital work hard and do the best they can! Many thanks to the hospital staff, thank you kindly for helping us achieve pregnancy and start our family! Thanks to your dedicated work and knowledge, we were given a chance to be parents! Priceless.
