Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!
I had the best experience at Ward 4J, they made me feel very comfortable and they were very helpful throughout my stay. I am happy I took the advice of the Doctor and get admitted, the antibiotics made me recover very fast. The lab results were also fast and I was able to be discharged about half a day ahead of schedule!!! I have been coming to Samitivej for several years and what really make the difference are it's people!
Ward 3B, Room 1351. Special gratitude must go to Dr. Bunyat Ketmalasiri, the teams of doctors and nurses, hospital staffs as well as cleaning crew. Everyone provided great attention and the best care. I was deeply impressed.
WARD 4A Thank you for providing the best care of me during my stay (recovery period) at your hospital. You have provided me a very impressive and professional medical care, hospitality with premium (VVIP) services experience. The room is new, clean, with warm decorated design, very secure (with key card access to each unit), a small digital safe in the closet. The toilet's kits are good quality. The food is also delicious. I will definitely recommend Samitivej Hospital especially WARD 4A to my family and friends. Special appreciation to Doctor Santi, Doctor Panont, Doctor May, their nursing teams and all staff for their professional medical care and friendliness which made me feel worry free.
