Doctor Jignesh Gandhi of Global Hospital is the best surgeon. He performed my surgery very well. Also his assistant doctor Alpana cooperated very well. Nurse Archana and Nurse Siddhi at Global Hospital took great care of me. All the staff at Global Hospital cooperated well. Global Hospital is the best hospital for me. A very clean and well maintained hospital I must say. I had periodical medical examination there. The staff is very polite and friendly.

One of the best hospitals i have came across , liver department is doing a excellent job , right from followups to counselling,Met many doctors in hospital but not a single point to complain about ,Good work Keep it up. P.S - The liver team who was treating my father is no more the part of this hospital . pls inquire and go to proper team(My fathers operation was done by Dr Ravi Mohenka)

A very clean and well maintained hospital I must say. I had periodical medical examination there. The staff is very polite and friendly. Even the eye doctors who were in the adjacent clinic were sooo polite i must say. Only thing that bothered me was that it took me almost 9-10hrs for some 4-5 tests. And I didn’t get any report of the blood sample they took post meal. Also, i was expecting some explanation of the my report like if any of my results were not within normal parameters and solutions for those, but the doctor seemed to just go through the summary and said the reports were fine. It might be because it was past their shift. I may be in fault too since i visited on a Saturday and there was too much rush i guess. The food was very good in the cafeteria. But i must again say the staff is very polite, well informed except one or two and very clean hospital

From doctors to nurses to general staff to even billing - everyone is incredibly proactive and helpful. Daily the service heads of each team would come and ask me for feedback and we did have a incident that we highlighted where there was a considerable delay in service - but after feedback that was immediately fixed when similar issue occurred next time. The premises is very clean and felt positive. I also felt they used extremely high grade medical materials including the IVs. Because low grade needles will hurt the heck out of your arm(while inserting/pulling out) - these ones I hardly felt. Id also suggest getting an cost estimate from them before getting admitted.
