My Cataract surgery results were almost 100% satisfactory, except for one communication error. I have suggested that staff henceforth be vigilant to always advise patients to keep looking straight upwards, do not follow the three LED lights that shine from the Doctor’s Microscope. You will see them move to the side of your eye now and then as your Surgery progresses. This is a result of the doctor choosing his incision points to perform the necessary surgical sequences. Overall I am well Satisfied with all Staff at this Hospital. They treated me with great respect and kindness.
Very busy place in the morning. Yet was able to get the assistance needed. Staff and workers were very good. Returned later in the afternoon for emergency surgery by Dr. JD Frewerda of the European Eye Center in Dist 2. We all strongly suggest you accept Credit and Debt Cards. We just wished the Hospital had told us ahead of surgery that they are behind the times and only take very large sums of cash. This created a Second Crisis for us and others that day. Very stressful to all concerned. Shame on you. While you are making these changes ... pay your staff better. Vietnam is becoming a Medical Tourist destination ... you are too good to fall behind.
Had an appointment for full eye exam and to discuss cataract surgery for my left eye which suffered a retinal detachment over a year ago. Very professional staff from front desk to nurses, technicians, and the two doctors that met with me. Very reasonable fees.
After spotting an advert to get a $20 eye test, I thought I'd try it out. With great support from all the doctors and staff at Cao Thang, I was pleased to get both eyes fixed using LASIK. 3 months later, my sight is perfect and I can't stop telling friends about the great service and even better price!
