Thank you, Dr. Georges Cherfan, Today, 25 May 2023, I had a successful CATARACT operation for my right eye. As I was the regional IBM Manager in Paris, my evaluation and assessment are professional: 1- I was very impressed by the timely organization of the Post Operation procedures. Although there was a crowd (which is a good indicator), however, the organization “Process” and “procedures” of the administration and medical team were perfect. The overall time took about 3 hours as planned. The personnel were very cooperative, smiling, welcoming, quick and professional with all necessary post operation documents, information, and medical checks. 2- The day of the operation, again, the time was exact as planned, the administration, nurses and medical team were very nice, welcoming, and professional. 3- In the operation room, extreme precautions were taken for any unexpected incident, where Dr. Cherfan completed the operation without any considerable discomfort. All the time, the nurses were talking to me with nice words and encouragement. 4- The next day, in his checkup, Dr. Cherfan was very pleased of the result and gave me the Post Operation instruction. He removed the eye cover patch. 5- The next day I was seeing with my eye clearly at 90% with no inflammation, picking or pain. Normal expected discomfort. 6- With this success, I am encouraged to do the same operation for the second eye 7- The only inconvenience is not professional, medical or organizational. It is purely psychological for the patients feeling crowded due to the narrow corridors or the irregular waiting room. For me it was not a big deal, but for the most of the Lebanese who like to complaint, it is an issue to be solved. 8- Bottom line, thank you very much Dr. Cherfan, I will surely recommend you and your hospital for all who may need eyes care.
