We brought my 4.5-year-old son to Bayındır Söğütözü Hospital with the diagnosis of appendicitis, on Sunday, 27.11.2022, at 04:50, from another private hospital because there was no pediatrician and pediatric surgeon on duty at the weekend, and because of this reason, the operation could not be performed before Monday. Unfortunately, except for Bayındır Hospital, City Hospital and a private hospital, no hospital has neither a pediatrician nor a pediatric surgeon on weekends. I congratulate and thank Bayındır Hospital and its management for their sensitivity and precaution in this matter. Although it was the weekend and Sunday, preparations were made at 07:30 in the morning and the operation was performed by Associate Professor Fatih Kızılcan. We were very pleased with our teacher's knowledge and experience, information, control and interest. We would like to thank our teacher Fatih Kızılcan very much. Our nurses Çiğdem Yüksel Tan, Emel Buket Oğuztürk, Yurdagül Aykul, Özgenur Karakaya, Yaren Levat, Elif Nur Erdoğan, Raif Emre Tiryaki, Tuğçe Saygılı, Neriman Dolgunürek and their support staff gave Elif Böğecik their interest, concern, smiling faces, in the pediatric service where we slept for 5 nights. We would like to thank them for their patience, knowledge and skills. They did everything they could, professionally and more, to ensure my son's health. A wonderful team has been established in the pediatric service, from the doctor, surgeon, nurse and auxiliary staff. After seeing and experiencing this, I will no longer take my child anywhere but Bayındır. A wonderful hospital, a wonderful management, a wonderful healthcare team and a professional, competent service… Good luck to you, Bayindir…

I would like to thank the hospital that we usually go to for outpatient treatment since 2010, with peace of mind and without the need to search for another hospital. They took care of our son, who was treated for 4 days in the Pediatrics Department of the hospital, where a specialist physician is available 24 hours a day. If I give names one by one, it will be incomplete. I would like to thank each and every employee of the hospital. Physicians are experienced, nurses are full of love, the hospital is clean, easy to access, examinations are neither more nor less; Our teachers know very well what to do. What impressed me the most was that the period we stayed in the hospital coincided with the weekend-New Year's Eve. We got the same attention on the weekends and even on these special days that coincide with the New Year's Day, as much as we received during the week. It is a reliable institution with employees who perform their duties with professional business ethics.

5 days ago, we came to the pediatric emergency department with the complaint of shortness of breath for my 3.5-year-old son. Despite the intensity of the pediatrician Laden Jaferi, whose examination we came across for the second time, we return home much better with his devoted, sensitive approach and guidance of diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Thank you very much to Laden. I would like to thank all the health personnel who contributed to the recovery of my son, who were with us at all times during our stay in the pediatric service, especially our nurses Yurdagül Aykul, Tuğçe Saygılı and Yaren Levat for their positive humanitarian approaches and efforts. (The job they do is so difficult, they require patience, they take care of all inpatient children with love without ever getting tired of sleeping. We are very lucky to meet such nice people because Bayındır Hospital provides services with such health personnel. Thank you, the security staff are also helpful in every way. I cannot pass without mentioning the negative aspects; it may be insufficient in cleaning, better and hygienic in food.

Today, we had my daughter pull an egg. It's a procedure done by putting her to sleep. The cables are fixed by applying an adhesive drug on her head and inside her hair. At the end of the procedure, that sticky substance remains on the hair. Rabia, our nurse who performed our operation, washed my daughter's hair and dried it for a long time, although it was not in her job description. After visiting a few hospitals, we applied to Bayındır Hospital for my son's middle ear to spend the night. Thanks to Almina, we got rid of the middle ear inflammation. When we went for a checkup today, he said that it would be good to talk to the ENT for a small situation and he was examined by Mustafa teacher from the ENT department. We were very happy to meet the doctors who examined my son with a gentle approach without fearing, who explained everything that was comforting one by one. Thank you for your sweet language and your correct diagnosis.
