I recently had the pleasure of visiting Acıbadem Kozyatağı Hospital in Istanbul and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility. The atmosphere was welcoming and calming, which helped put my nerves at ease. The staff at Acıbadem Kozyatağı Hospital are truly outstanding. They were incredibly friendly and hard-working, always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns that I had. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort was truly impressive. I was particularly impressed with the level of care. The medical team was knowledgeable, attentive and dedicated to my well-being. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan and made sure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my entire stay. Overall, I cannot recommend Acıbadem Kozyatağı Hospital highly enough. If you are in need of medical care in Istanbul, this hospital is definitely worth considering. The clean and tidy facilities, friendly and hard-working staff, and exceptional level of care make it a top choice for anyone seeking medical attention. I give it a solid five-star rating and would definitely return if needed in the future.

I've been treated by Dr. Gizem Yağcıoğlu. It was a pleasant and gentle experience — not something you would usually expect from a hospital visit. The help I received was precise, professional, and effective. Also, Dr. Gizem has brilliant English, so it was easy to communicate with her. The hospital staff was also very polite and helpful. I would love to recommend Acıbadem Kozyatağı Hastanesi and Dr. Gizem Yağcıoğlu personally. Later on, I've been fixing my back with the gentle help of Pr. Dr. Ece Aydoğ, and extraordinarly kind and talented Physical Therapy department headed by Dr. Gülçin Selen Akgün. I'm struggling to express all the gratitude I have for Dr. Aydoğ, Dr. Akgün and all of the department's medical stuff. Their attitude made usually displeasing medical procedures truly pleasurable. It was a pleasure to meet them indeed.

We visited the emergency room with travel health insurance and were happy with the the care that was provided. They had a translator that helped my mother speak with the doctor with no language barrier and attentive nurses that tried to make her feel comfortable.
