I have spent many years supporting clients struggling with addiction, always striving to provide care, compassion, and professionalism. Originally from Ireland, I worked in private practice as a Counselling Psychotherapist and Coaching Psychologist, also lending my expertise to an esteemed addiction treatment centre. My own life experiences, combined with my psychotherapeutic training, have given me a profound understanding of the harmful effects of addiction, not only on individuals but also on their loved ones and the wider community.
