Our clinics provide a range of specialized ENT outpatient services for the ear, nose, throat and head & neck regions. Our dedicated Otorhinolaryngologist Specialists are British and Hong Kong-trained Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeons, skilled in advising and managing conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head and neck regions. Our ENT Doctors provide healthcare services such as medical, non-surgical and surgical treatments for facial and head & neck conditions for functional, reconstructive and/or aesthetic outcomes.

Went in to see Dr. Jennifer Chow for consultation regarding nasal issues. She was very patient and explained everything clearly. Whole process was smooth and very professional. The few times I went they were punctual and service was great. Location is very convenient as well.
Dr Nelson Lai treated a soft tissue infection I acquired after dental surgery. I was losing hope in resolving the pain but he diagnosed the issue with ease. Kind and confident manner, great doctor.
Dr. J. Chow carried out ear wax removal to my 11yrs son. She communicated effectively to him and explained every part of the procedure. Professional delivery in all aspects. Thank you!
Dr Nelson Lai was excellent. Had to get aural toileting done as a result of earwax build up. He was pleasant, and didn’t rush the quick procedure. A bit pricey, but I think worth the level of service.
Not cheap, but excellent. I saw Dr Jennifer Chow about a nasal problem that's been bugging me for months. (I had a good friend who died of naso pharyngeal cancer so I did have some tendency to nervousness.) She listened intently, didn't rush through, explained exactly how all the endoscopic procedure was going to work, including the after effects of the local anaesthetic. Reassured me greatly. Very patient and very through in explanations. Wish all Hong Kong doctor experiences were as good.
