I couldn't have asked for better care at CRGH Great Portland Street, under Dr. Duran. I felt very lucky to have such a kind and caring consultant, as well as her secretary and all the wonderful nurses who responded so kindly to all my emails and queries. I was treated very well and with kindness and consideration at all my appointments. My journey at CRGH was not a short one. I began trying with my own eggs before deciding to use a donor embryo. I have just today been for my 12 week scan and all is normal and healthy. As a single woman, I felt I needed supportive care on my journey and that's exactly what I got. It made a huge difference to me. Dr Duran explained everything along the way very clearly and answered all my questions at every stage, and I had a lot! She helped me explore and consider all my options and at all times I felt as though I was able to make informed decisions because of that. I would highly recommend CRGH Great Portland Street to anybody embarking on their IVF journey. They're the best and they care!

We had a great experience with CRGH. The clinic is very modern and the team is very knowledgeable and friendly. We also talked with other people who had used their services before, and everyone said positive things. You feel like you are in good hands. Thanks for making everything feel a bit easier!

We were very impressed with the experience at CRGH throughout. All staff were highly professional and the process was fully explained with clear information about the protocol we were following, the various different options available to us, based on our specific scenario, and a printed timetable to follow. This was in contrast to another clinic that we attended which just did not have the same level of sophistication, transparency or communication. Dr Al Chami was professional, supportive and reassuring - we felt that we were in very good hands indeed. Our daughter was born earlier this year and we could not be happier.

A massive thank you to the team at CRGH and most particularly to Dr Theodorou who was exemplary in his support and expertise. I truly don’t think we would have our beautiful baby and have become parents without him. He looked into all of our issues, previous losses and test results and came up with a tailored plan, which he tailored and tweaked. CRGH are particularly good if you’re very anxious as there’s always someone to talk to and they get back to queries promptly and generally move you through the process very efficiently. The invoicing/finance side needs improvement though but clinical care was great. Thanks again

We've had a great experience at CRGH under the care of Dr. Duran. It was a long and tough journey but having such a knowledgeable and caring consultant made us feel reassured that we were in good hands. We had to make a few decisions along the way which sometimes felt overwhelming but Dr. Duran was always kind and supportive, she explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. We’d also like to say thanks to all the other staff at CRGH, from receptionists, to the nurses, theatre team, secretaries, embryologists… everyone has been kind to us and helpful. The only downside for us is that the cost of the treatment ended up being far more expensive than what we had anticipated. The price list of tests and scans at CRGH is very expensive and there’s always more tests, more medication, more scans that you’ll need along the way. We still think it was worth choosing CRGH for the quality of their services and skilled staff, just be prepared to set aside a good cushion for unexpected costs on top of your budget. All in all, we would highly recommend CRGH, and especially Dr. Duran, to anyone starting their fertility journey.
