Great experience of having an APCOS eye health check done at Tenterden Eye Centre by Zara (dispensing optician / practice manager) & Elion (optometrist), both very friendly but highly professional throughout. I will definitely be using this opticians for all my eye test & prescription glasses requirements in future.

Hubby and I have been customers for about a year ( I’ve only used twice but hubs keeps falling asleep on his specs!). Staff are knowledgeable and not pushy, and I am now a proud owner of cool but not too edgy frames which ensure I feel trendy and good about wearing glasses. Just collected my first pair of varifocals which I am using to type this with ease on my phone, so glad I took the plunge! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent opticians. Had my first eye test in approximately 6 years so was a little tense but had no reason to be. The examination was very thorough , all the staff were friendly , warm and professional and would definitely visit again. Highly recommend !

Just the best opticians I’ve ever used. The initial eye test was comprehensive and carried out in a friendly but utterly professional way. I had complete confidence in the optometrist (Irish, afraid I can’t remember her name) who also works part of the week in a hospital. After getting my prescription nothing was too much trouble as they guided me through their range. They know their range of frames and lenses so well and I felt I was always shown what was best for me rather than the most expensive. I’ve had a few issues with my frames and even though i didn’t end up buying my frames from them (I had the test and bought my lenses from them) they’ve still fixed each niggle and small problem straight away and charged me nothing. It’s the sort of service you thought had long gone but I’m so glad we have them in Tenterden.
