I really had a great experience today at the Sinus Center. Meagan was a pleasure to work with in analyzing my ENT issues. Also, the other Techs were great in providing customer service. I would recommend the St. Louis Sinus Center to anyone who ask about their services.

Honestly this is the most impressive doctors office I’ve ever visited. Every person I dealt with there was extremely competent and helpful. Dr Gould helped me develop a plan, then Lesley went above and beyond to get my Sinuplasty done the same week. The doctor did amazing work, and his nurses made sure I knew exactly what to do during and post procedure. The sense of teamwork and positive bedside manner was unmistakable here. As a nurse, I can say this is where you want to go for treatment

Dr. Gould and his team are outstanding. He changed my life - sounds dramatic, but true. I lived with continual headaches for decades and have been pain free and clear breathing since my procedure several years ago. I just did my annual follow up and all is well. I cannot recommend Dr. Gould highly enough!

Dr. Gould is amazing and despite needing 2 surgeries (balloon sinuplasty), I consider this one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Every visit is pleasant and the knowledgeable mid-levels (usually Cynthia) are always great with answering questions and providing information without seeming like they are talking down to you. Even though I might not have had the perfect patient outcome, I consider my choosing to use them as my ENT physician a complete success.

Had some complications with bleeding after the baloon procedure and ended up in the emergency room bc sinus center was closed but I called and they paged Dr.Gould and he called me immediately he worked with the emergency department in everyday he could. The bleeding would not stop it was very scarey. Dr.Gould went above and beyond to help even though he was done at office for the day. He gave us his personal cell number and worked with the ER team and later in the night called and spoke with the ENT who had to be called in to go in and fix the bleeding. This whole situation was new to us and very scary. Dr.Gould was so nice and kind in and out of office his whole team was nice but he gets a 10 out of 10 highly recommend in my book even with our issues I would still go back and trust him fully with my care and my family. Thank you Dr.Gould and team.
