This service is run by Mr. Declan Keane, Senior Clinical Embryologist, with 18 years clinical experience and who is licensed/accredited by the Irish Medicines Board, UK Health Professions Council and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology as a Senior Clinical Scientist. Services available: Semen Analysis (Sperm Test): In a discrete environment samples can be dropped off and results will be reported back to the client and their nominated referring doctor/therapist within 24 hours. There are no waiting times to access our service.DNA Fragmentation Assessment: This test is available at our Dublin and Kilkenny clinics.Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI): We offer a boutique style service where each patient has a treatment plan tailored to their needs and in a discrete personalised environment, treatments are delivered with dignity by a small core team of specialists.Donor Sperm IUI/ AI: For clients that require donor sperm to achieve a pregnancy, ReproMed clinics offer Donor Sperm IUI.Ultrasound scans to track follicle development and endometrial growth:- for fresh IVF/ICSI cycles, frozen embryo cycles, or for donor egg cycles.Full access to blood analysis laboratory for all necessary blood work up, such as viral screening, genetic screening, pre-anaesthetic blood checks and full hormonal profiling.ECG and physical examinations prior to sado-analgesia for Egg Collection are also available through ReproMed.All medical services and examinations, including blood work up, scans and medical check-ups are carried out by our team of Consultant Gynaecologists, Ultrasonographers, Nurses (and Consultant Anaesthetists for pre-operative physical check-ups).ReproMed facilitates access to specialists in Ireland for patients who wish to utilise required clinical services prior to fertility treatments in Ireland or before travelling to clinics overseas.
