I needed to find a new beautician since moving houses. Since meeting Lilly, I feel so silly about how anxious I was feeling having to find a new 'go-to' and how long I put off getting my brows done. Lilly was incredibly friendly, gentle & easy to get a long with. She made sure to ask questions in order to personalise the treatment to my preference. 10/10! I’ve just recently moved to Australia and was really nervous about going to someone new for my eyebrows as they have recently started to shed and thin, Rachel done an absolutely amazing job! My eyebrows have never looked so good! Usually a few days after getting my brows done the tint wears off and the shape isn’t great but they still look the exact same as when I walked out the door, will 100% be back ❤️
I would highly recommend this beautiful salon. I initially had a minor issue with my lash lift and tint, but Rachel contacted me directly and came in on a day that she wasn’t due to work to remedy the issue herself, and for no extra cost. My lashes look fantastic and have lasted brilliantly. I was so impressed by Rachel’s professionalism, attention to detail and kindness. Her passion for her business shines through and her desire to have her customers leave 100% satisfied is second to none. I have recommended her to all of my friends!
I had the 'Spring package' with Lily. The facial and massage were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend! The whole experience was beautiful, stunning salon, lovely staff, water, tea and fruit all included. Was exactly what I needed for myself to feel rejuvenated and relaxed, as I am currently pregnant and needed some 'me time'. Thank you so much, I will be back :)
