I was at the Polyclinic CITO to obtain an early confirmation of my pregnancy. I was consulted by the Dr. Petar Poljak. Everything was exceptional, the clinic looked clean and well organized, the personnel were nice and they spoke English very well which was important for me as a foreign patient. The doctor performed an ultrasound examination. He was professional, empathic, and polite. He made me feel comfortable, he explained to me everything that he was doing and what I should do to have a healthy pregnancy. I am very grateful. Thank you very much, Dr. Petar Poljak! We had a fantastic experience doing our ivf treatment at Cito. We initially did all of our fertility tests at Cito when we where on holiday, which were a lot more affordable and a lot more efficient than in the U.K. Both the gynaecologist Dr Petar Poljak and Dr Urologist Jelena Schwenner-Radovniković made us feel comfortable when discussing our options. We waited to see if we could get pregnant naturally and wanted to see if our results would improve but after waiting a year we decided to do IVF at Cito. I was very nervous about the whole process but was guided carefully with the utmost attention to detail to our needs. If I had any questions or concerns the Dr Petar Poljak and IVF Nurse Lucija would always be there to reassure me. They were completely professional, spoke English well and explained every step of the process. I was very grateful to do it there because I felt that the team were so much more attentive than any private health care I have received in the UK. I would 100% recommend it if you are looking to do IVF abroad and egg freezing. I am so happy my treatment was successful and i am now 13 weeks 🙂
It was a great experience at Cito. My wife and I did Ivf at the clinic. It was a nice clinic and great service. The ivf Nurse Lucija guided me very well to do the injections and Dr Petar Poljak had a gentle approach with my wife’s transfer which was explained thoroughly, making her feel at ease and was successful. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone seeking to do IVF.
