Wow!!!.... the whole experience was 5 stars from start to finish! I had a skin bump removed, just as the treatment started it was finished, must have been 2 minutes. The results are amazing; and it saved me a fortune if I had gone to a private surgeon etc. Paula is highly professional, empathetic, and truly cares about the treatment she provides. Hillary was also a brilliant in providing all the details I needed around attending the appointment and parking etc. This is a gem of clinic with lovely people that care. 😊

I suffer from lumps and discolouration under my arms and bikini area so Paula advised that laser hair removal would help with this. I've had 3 treatments so far and have noticed a huge difference already. Both areas are noticably lighter and there is a big reduction in the lumps and cysts. The permanent hair removal is an added bonus too. Can't wait to see the finished result. I've been coming to Park Grange for over 30 years now and can't recommend enough. Paula is professional and friendly and excellent at what she does. Hilary on reception is fantastic too and the whole clinic is a comfortable and relaxing place to be.

The team at Park Grange are so professional but more than anything what stands out is how friendly they are. That goes for everyone that works there, Paula and the reception staff. I feel at ease and chatty straight away which is important when you’re going somewhere new for something cosmetic. I had a consultation and test session first to manage my expectations and ensure the treatment was likely to work before paying for the (reasonably priced) full procedure. I am over the moon with the results. I would highly recommend the team and put my trust in them if I require anything in the future. Thank you very much

I came to see Paula for a mole reduction procedure, can't rate her highly enough by the way, she is so friendly and accommodating and put me at ease straight away. After 2 sessions the mole is completely gone, healed beautifully and no scarring - I am over the moon. Id previously had a mole removed by excision at a different practice but Paula has achieved the exact same result for HALF the price! Will be coming back to see her for other treatments for sure. 👌
