Came in last Thursday with a badly infected tooth and had it removed today. The entire office is very kind and helpful! Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had.

In my 17 years of loyalty to Mentor Dental Arts for all of my oral health and hygiene needs, I can honestly say, that this dental establishment is a phenomenal group of beings to handle and care for your teeth! If you are searching for a Dental Office to make your "home base," and are hoping to stumble upon personal patient statements, I can confidently say, that Mentor Dental Arts has the utmost professional, attentive, friendly, and experienced staffing in the city of Mentor! I have had the pleasure, and truthful honor, to be cared for by the warm souled Tracey, a brilliant, thought provoking, cheerful, and beautiful (inside and out!) dental hygienist. I have been thoroughly pleased with all of the cleaning, screening, and many other activities of care she has provided for me throughout the years. I also, can proudly report that I have enjoyed my time spent in her chair,-as a patient and human being with high standards for compassion and work ethic! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART APPRECIATE THIS DENTAL OFFICE AND THE EXTRAORDINARY WORK AND CARE THEY PROVIDE FOR THEIR PATIENTS.

I recently started going here because my dentist from another practice (Dr. Jez) moved to this one. He is just the best around and I would follow him wherever he went. So gentle, caring, and makes you feel as comfortable as possible! Any time I’ve needed numbing, he made it so I could barely feel it. I am thrilled he is now at this practice with the fantastic hygienist, Gabby. She did such a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. I can’t believe how much cleaner they look and feel! And she was also very caring and helpful with giving suggestions for better home care. Overall I’m thrilled he moved to this practice and highly recommend to anyone in search of a new practice, especially if they suffer from sensitivity issues like I do.

I was a new patient and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Sandy was wonderful while cleaning my teeth. She made me feel so comfortable and she was very kind. The dentist was always wonderful and very personable! I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you for the great experience.

I went to Mentor Dental Arts today for X-rays and a cleaning. I don’t typically write reviews, but I wanted to thank the team, dentist, and especially the dental hygienist Gabby! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so welcoming! This was absolutely the best (if possible) experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Gabby was such a pleasure to work with! She explained everything very well, calmed my nerves, and did wonderful work! Thank you to all of you!
