Such amazing staff! Extremely professional and friendly. I changed my appointment 3 times, and each time, they understood and accommodated my changes. I even arrived early for my appointment today to get my piercing removed, and they greeted me so politely. Reception was super helpful, and they even helped translate some medical documents that were in thai so I could understand it and fill it in. Had my free consultation with the doctor, and he gave me a free reasonable and affordable price to have my dermal piercing removed. And he even did it right at that moment in less than 20 minutes. The staff made me feel so comfortable, and the doctor explained everything to me as the procedure was happening and made me feel absolutely comfortable and talked me through everything. 100% recommend this clinic for any skin problems or piercing removal procedures, especially dermal piercings. BONUS: They speak very good english so it is definitely friednly for those like me who speak no Thai. A big thanks to the staff and the doctors who were just the best I have met thus far

Requested an appointment online. Got an answer in minutes. Appointment the next morning for laser skin tag removal. Consultation and procedure complete in about one hour. Fast, professional, kind care. Paid with Visa. All Good. Five Stars! Thank you Mali Clinic.

The staff is friendly, speaks English well and I got a walk in appointment with just 10 minutes waiting time. Very good Clinton
