Access for elder(s) : require supervision /companion of adult because have to go through lift. Cleanliness : Yes, as illustrated in the uploaded image. Environment : Comfortable. Air-conditioned environment. Not stuffy because waiting area is spacious.
Should mention that the clinic is closed for lunch break at 1pm to 2pm
