Doctor Alonso is absolutely amazing. Not only is he an expert in his field, he's a really nice and caring person. All the years of dental anxiety disappeared as soon as I met him. He caters to the needs of his patients on an individual basis. Unlike American dentist, Doctor Alonso does not try to sell the patient on unnecessary treatments and procedures just to add to the price. He provides an honest and realistic quote based on the needs of the patient, he actually listens to any concerns and there are no surprise fees involved. The entire experience was VIP. Even with travel costs, I saved THOUSANDS of dollars. I will return to Doctor Alonso for all my future dental care. If you're on the fence about dental tourism, or have had bad experiences with overpriced, arrogant dentist, all I can say is Doctor Alonso will change the way you feel about dental care.

Bottom line up front: go see this man for dental work! I needed extensive dental work so that could start my job overseas. The preliminary estimate in America was something like 15 grand (Covid got some of us out of our dental routine). The estimate I got from Dr. Alonso was 3200 USD. It ended up being 700 bucks cheaper. For extensive treatment a plane ticket and hotel along with the treatment will cost you less than many American treatment plans deductibles. In regards to treatment it was top notch. The dental assistants were great. For my root canals he brought in someone who only does root canals (please put his name below because he needs the credit). I felt nothing during them as even when I felt the tiniest bit of pain he gave me more Novocain. The man along with Dr. Alonso saved a tooth of mine (root canal plus crown) when an American based dentist recommend it for extraction. Dr. Alonso was fantastic. Got my cavities fixed. The crowns feel like a blessing from God because I literally could not chew on one side of my mouth for a while due to a messed up tooth. He made sure to make sure they fit just right. I looked at many dental places here and he is the only one I saw that is ADA certified. He also only deals in top quality implants so you know you are getting the best. I’m telling you, if you come to vacation here and need dental work, land in Santo Domingo for the first day before going to Cabarete or Punta Cana and get him to take care of your teeth!

It was definitely a life changing experience for me. Dr Alonso and the staff were very friendly and professional, they always make you feel comfortable. It’s has been couple months since my new smile and and I still can’t believe how perfect my teeth are. First class experience!!!!!!! Thank you again.

This dentist is a gifted man from Jesus Christ himself! He's a magician or something! I can't begin to describe how blessed I feel to have found this professional as he has changed my life. I'm known for my wide, authentic smile, but I suffered from crowding in my lower teeth and things weren't situated very well at top either. I decided to make the investment and it has literally changed my life. I am complimented EVERY SINGLE DAY and as an actor, it has opened up roles that I previously had no access to. The process is honestly almost painless, just lengthy and for the impatient, that could be a problem. I was woke for the entire procedure. Dr. Alonso's equipment is cutting edge and he reminds me of House (TV show) without the sarcasm. His precision, professionalism and quality of work is unquestionably the best. I highly recommend him.

Doctor Alonso is by far the best example of Exelence and professionalism. I traveled to Dominican Republic for a full month restoration, right from my first contact I realized that this Doctor is a true profesional. His office is very accommodating, equipped with state of the arts technology. that makes you feel very comfortable, loved the smooth Jazz music while been treated. Doctor Alonso follow up personally with phone calls and text to make sure that you are feeling well after his treatment. Dr. Alonso is also surrounded by the best dental professionals in the country like the orthodontist Dr Alan. The results are like a work of art. Thank you Doctor Jose Alonso.
