I had breast reduction surgery with Dr. Diane Monteiro and signed up for 20 follow up sessions at the clinic to break down the scar tissue. The entire experience was great. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the result I received. I give high marks to Dr. Monteiro and the clinic staff for their excellent skills and professionalism. Definitely 5 stars all the way.

I had a facial and I’m extremely happy with their service. She did an amazing job and my skin looks refreshed and feels great. I will definitely go back for a chemical peel. Lovely and knowledgeable staff.

I am an English-speaking American man, aged 60, who recently retired to Portugal. I researched a good number of clinic websites within Portugal. From my first online appointment request submission, everything just felt right about The Private Medical Institute. My primary contact, Ms. Rita, is fluent in English and greatly assisted my journey from beginning to end. She is a superb, positive reflection of all the staff I encountered. My consultation with Dr. Monteiro was easy. had a triple procedure of breasts, abdomen, and thighs in one procedure related to significant weight loss. I never felt bad about “needing work” and was respected by everyone from the Clinic to the Hospital staff as well. Because of my superb experience with Dr. Diane Monteiro, any future surgery work will only be with her and the Private Medical Institute. Be as surprised and grateful as I am! I had a baby birth 8 month ago via c-section operation, which was not done very well, so I came to Instituto Medico Privado for a post surgery recovery massage therapy of my c-section scar. Overall I had 5 times therapy and the results are fantastic. Not only the scar has improved visually, but internal muscle adhesions have dissolved also. The therapist Diana was highly professional with a lot of experience in rehabilitation and sport massage. After that, I brought my 8 month old baby for baby massage, because she had weak back and shoulder muscles and could not sit independently… after 6 treatments my baby is sitting and crawling properly! Very glad I ended up in the hands of this clinic. Big thank you!

Very nice staff and space. I've been using this Clinic for the past Months and I'm seeing good results. Would recommend for anyone wanting to reduce some weight and have some coaching about nutrition.
