I had a scheduled appointment for an initial check-up and cleaning. Due to ongoing gum inflammation and severe deposition of tartar the dental team recommended to undergo deep cleaning treatment for best results. I felt comfortable throughout the whole procedure without any sense of discomfort. It made a very good impression to me that I was continuously being informed for each step in the process, which in my opinion helped substantially for feeling relaxed and confident about the whole thing. By the end of it I was very satisfied with the final outcome. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had owing to a very professional, caring and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Having recently relocated to Greece and in need of addressing a new dental issue, I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Ziounas based on reading about his credibility through his years of education and experience in dentistry and implantology, as well as the numerous excellent reviews and recommendations he has received. Upon my first visit for a consultation and cleaning and throughout my next appointments, his excellence in tending to my dental needs was continuously validated as I received excellent care and felt informed about the work being completed every step of the way. For any non-Greek speakers, rest assured that Dr. Ziounas' English language skills are exceptionally strong and as an English speaker you will feel properly informed about the process required to address your dental needs.

I was treated by Dr. Ziounas on several occasions during my 3-month stay in Athens from October to December 2022. I did a cleaning, got a crown fixed, got a filling in a cavity, got a couple bumpers to help with gum recession. I found out about his practice through online research and made an appointment because of the good reviews. I believe the excellent reviews are warranted. He has impeccable bedside manner and is incredibly knowledgeable. He gave me some advice about early periodontal disease that I hadn't been told before and I really appreciated that new information. He speaks English fluently so if you don't know Greek, that is not a problem. I see very expensive and high end dentists in California and Dr. Ziounas is by far more skilled and thorough than they are. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ioannis Ziounas is an excellent dentist and a pleasant man. He and his assistant Susanna work from a very nice office in a smart part of Athens. I had an old crown replaced, all my old fillings replaced , deep cleaning and whitening. My time in Athens was up otherwise I would have had more work done . I will definitely be coming back here for more work. I have already recommended this dentist to friends and family in the UK and Ghana to this establishment. Thank to you guys I have the confidence to smile again !!
