We are happy with the attention and care we have received at the Clinic. All the staff, from reception, nurses, embryologists and medical staff are incredibly friendly and warm to deal with. They do everything possible to make your experience easier during the process. I really liked that they do not give you false expectations regarding results and they speak to you clearly, answer your questions and are attentive to any needs of their patients. I have the best experience with Eugin Madrid, its professionals, its way of working, its facilities and, above all, its results. That's why I would like to share the experience. I will start by saying that I write these lines looking at my beautiful baby, who was born yesterday and has filled me with happiness. My experience with Eugin began 5 years ago, in Barcelona, ​​when I lived there. I decided to do oocyte vitrification in case I needed them one day and a friend told me about this clinic. I went to several to ask for quotes and have interviews and the quotes were similar but I was convinced by the clarity and transparency of Dr. Marta Trullenque at Eugin. The process was great but also, I had to move to Madrid for work in the middle of it and they provided me with all the facilities so that I could finish it and do the extraction and vitrification here. 5 years later, I decided to be a mother and use vitrified oocytes. I visited several clinics again, now living in Madrid, and once again it seemed to me that, with similar budgets, Eugin was superior. I moved forward with them and Dr. Elena Izquierdo worked with me, a very empathetic, clear and transparent person who has accompanied me throughout the process. I have to highlight that when I have called or written to ask questions to the nurses, who are also very professional and approachable, I was very pleased that a person in charge of the area that handled that particular issue immediately contacted me. Whether it was the Doctor herself, the Laboratory Director or the people from the Matching Department. This has made it much easier for me to follow and understand everything clearly because they helped me answer all the questions I wanted (logically a thousand doubts arise in an IVF process). And they are, in general, quite agile in answering. The story ends with a successful pregnancy the first time and a birth that occurred yesterday. My little one is healthy, he is beautiful and I am happy. I highly recommend Eugin Madrid (also Eugin Barcelona) for both vitrification and IVF.
