I can't say enough good things about this dental clinic. I became a patient over 12 years ago based on a strong recommendation for a friend where I lived in Northern California. After a few treatments I began being my wife down for treatments. When not in the dental chair we toured around the country. Needless to say we fell in love with the country and moved here 4.5 years ago when we retired. We're senior citizens and they provide uncompromising quality care at reasonable prices. You might find less expensive somewhere, but you'll not find better quality care.

5 stars isn't enough for this place. Dr. Peralta is the most amazing dentist, and Kattia was so prompt returning my calls and got me in the next day!! I'm very dental phobic, hence why I've put off dental treatment so long and lost a few teeth as a result. Dr. Peralta was so nice to me and my service dog. I originally went to ConfiDental and had the worst experience. They charged me 200$ for a 3D scan and didn't even give me an estimate of my treatment plan. Dr. Peralta took so much time building a rapport with me (and my dog) that I immediately felt I could trust him. I felt comfortable and confident that God blessed me with this dentist. They didn't even charge me for the 3D scan and consult and even cleaned my teeth! I'm so impressed with this place and highly recommend Dr. Peralta! My next appointment is tomorrow, whereas in the US, they make you wait weeks to get an appointment.

I have had significant work at this clinic; essentially, my entire mouth has been replaced with implants and crowns over the last few years. I couldn't recommend this clinic more. These are the reasons I come here, 1) price, my estimate is that they are about half the cost of U.S. dentists. My experience is that they take responsibility for all of their work, so they fairly address work done in the past that they could be happier about. So for extensive work, over time, they are likely 1/3 the price, including travel costs; 2) they are incredibly accommodating, communicate well, and treat people well. I always try to stay onsite, but if not, there are a lot of hotels within walking distance; 3) they get a lot of work done in a short period. For instance, on this trip, they called me in my room Monday night and asked me to be across the street to the clinic at 5:30 AM. I had a molar pulled, four implants, one implant removed, a root canal, and five other crowns replaced because they were not conducive to a healthy, perfect smile given with the new work, along with temps - all in two days. Last, 4) another clinic could not be found in the U.S., better equipped, more high-tech, and with a more experienced and skilled staff.

I am a patient of Dr Marco's team. I first visited the offices afew months ago and now looking forward to returning to finish my dental work. I can't tell you how much I love him and his whole team. They are so accommodating with you and provide pain-free care thru out you experiences. Also the home away from home facility that provide your comfortable stay. You leave their clinic with a beautiful smile and feel like you've made a new friend forever. The fees are very affordable and your trip is well worth going to Costa Rica to find the best deals made. Such a terrific dentist.!!! He’s very good at what he does, and takes a lot of concern in you and how you feel about yourself. He’s got a great bedside manner and a fantastic staff that tend to each and every need. I look forward to seeing them again next year.
