I would like to thanks Dr James for his expertise and care to my 3 year old son. My son was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and need to undergo adenoidectomy. Initially, I was seeking 2nd opinion whether my son need to go through the surgery, despite knowing this, Dr James still explained to me in detailed and checked on my son. I decided to have the surgery with Dr James and my son has recovered under his care. After the surgery, Dr James even follow up with me via text which I am very surprised. He mentioned that he does that to all his patients and I am not sure how he manages this as he has a lot of patients. Really glad to to have such a doctor for my son.

Had a turbinate reduction done by Dr James and it was life changing as I could breathe so much better and therefore able to sleep and workout better. The recovery process was painless and not uncomfortable. Dr James has excellent bedside manners. He s patient and listen attentively prior to a comprehensive diagnosis and subsequent detailed explanation of the treatment plan. Would highly recommend Dr James as an experience, knowledgeable and caring doctor who is truly passionate about his job..

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. James Kok, an EN&T specialist from Sunway Medical, for my persistent nosebleed issue, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Dr. Kok's professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment I stepped into his clinic. He patiently listened to my concerns, conducted a thorough examination methodically, and provided a clear diagnosis. His treatment approach was meticulous and effective, putting me at ease throughout the process. Dr James is by far the most responsible doctor I have met. Despite having long queue of patients everyday, he takes every appointment seriously, making sure that we get the best treatment and have our questions / doubts clarified. As I undergo my tonsillectomy surgery, he follows up very closely throughout the recovery period, monitoring my progress and assuring my recovery. Lastly, his cheerful vibes and positive energy reduce intensity & fear that I have going through surgery and recovery phase. I highly recommend Dr James' expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for patients.
