Arrived to be met by Josephine whom I had spoken to when I arranged my appointment. She was kind and very helpful and put me at my ease. On meeting Dr. Dimitrov I found him to be a person who put at my ease, asking me lots of questions, writing down my answers, and at the end left me feeling he was going help me get the answers to my problems. Dementech and its staff - A rare, brilliant and precious find in the medical sector right now! I cannot speak highly enough of the phenomenal service I received at Dementech today. I have been suffering with a collection of symptoms that have not been assessed or diagnosed despite several visits to the GP (I appreciate the stress that the NHS are under). Today I saw Dr Tahira Choudry and I can only say that I was blown away by how kind, caring, comprehensive and thorough she is and I feel in extremely safe hands. She really listened and understood what I was saying, she came up with a comprehensive action plan and I feel much more positive going forward that we will work out what is causing my symptoms so that I can start to think about a treatment plan rather than suffering with alarming symptoms that have been continuing for months. Additionally, I was so grateful for the kindness, care, warmth, compassion and professionalism of Practice Manager Anca Florescu. Anca goes above and beyond to look after the clients who come to Dementech and I can honestly say that despite the worrying nature of my symptoms, I came away feeling cared about and nurtured, with assessments booked and communicated swiftly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Dementech to anyone needing support with the assessment and diagnosis of neurological symptoms. You are in such caring and safe hands with Dr Tahira Choudry, Anca Florescu and the team at Dementech. For the first time during this confusing presentation of symptoms, i felt that I could really express what is going on with me, and not feel that the clinician on the other side of the desk was being dismissive or impatient. The Dementech team have patience, care, professionalism and efficiency and I cannot tell you what a difference it has made to me. Thank you Dr Choudry and Anca as well as all the team at Dementech! I appreciate your care, kindness and patience so very much! :-)

High quality care and customer service from Dementech. Anca has been super efficient and made the entire experience very smooth from the moment she picked up our online request. She arranged a same day appointment for with the Dr Lucio D’Anna and also coordinated blood tests and scans. She took the time to understand our time constraints due to travels and personally went out of her way to ensure the doctor had the results in time so we could benefit more from the consultation. Dr D’Anna was very reassuring professional and clear in his explanations. Excellent service. Thank you Anca and team.very grateful highly recommended !
