I am extremely grateful to my dear friend Dr Jameel Manzoor ( ENT consultant) and the outstanding team of professionals at BLK MAX Super Speciality Hospital for their exceptional care and unwavering support during my mother's B/L TKR surgery and rehabilitation. The dedication, expertise, and compassion displayed by the orthopedic consultants, resident doctors, pain management team, physiotherapy team, coordinators, nurses, and allied staff have made a significant impact on my mother's journey to recovery. The orthopedic consultants Dr Rakesh Mahajan / Dr Pramod Pasari exhibited an extraordinary level of skill and knowledge throughout the entire process. Their thorough understanding of my mother's condition and the intricacies of the surgery provided us with great confidence. They explained each step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring manner, addressing all our concerns and ensuring we felt well-informed and at ease. The resident doctors Orthopedic department were an invaluable asset to the team, consistently going above and beyond to provide excellent care. Their presence and involvement during my mother's hospital stay were greatly appreciated. They demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, promptly addressing any issues that arose and closely monitoring her progress. The pain management team deserves special recognition for their efforts in ensuring my mother's comfort throughout her recovery. Their comprehensive approach to pain relief, incorporating a range of techniques and medications, significantly alleviated her discomfort and allowed her to focus on her rehabilitation with a positive mindset. The physiotherapy team played a pivotal role in my mother's rehabilitation journey. Their expertise and personalized approach tailored to her needs were instrumental in regaining strength, mobility, and independence. The encouragement and motivation provided by the physiotherapists were invaluable, allowing my mother to surpass her own expectations and achieve remarkable progress. The coordinators ( Mr.Bheem) were instrumental in facilitating a smooth and seamless experience. They efficiently coordinated appointments, communicated vital information, and ensured all necessary arrangements were in place. Their exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail greatly contributed to our overall positive experience at the hospital. The nursing and allied staff members deserve immense appreciation for their tireless efforts in providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness created a warm and supportive environment, promoting a sense of comfort and reassurance for my mother and our entire family. During my Health Checkup, all the staff there was excellent and co-operative. They were doing their duty with dedication and sincerety. They all were well behaved and humble to everyone. Co-ordination between them was really appreciable. The Team Leader was personally and sincerely taking care for everything and encouraging the staff also. Quality and taste of Food and behavior of staff at food counter was very good. Cleanliness was also maintained in the hospital. Thanks to all. My overall experience is Outstanding 👍 also
