Beacon Hospital started out as a cancer specialist hospital in Malaysia in the third quarter of 2005. Located strategically in Petaling Jaya, the medical centre expanded from its humble beginnings to a multidisciplinary characterisation facility. This facility is supported by high-end operating theatres and intensive care facilities. To complete the set-up, we have a comfortable day-care ward fitted with preventive health screening facilities. While we have grown from strength to strength over the years, we have not strayed from our main objective of providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic services utilizing modern medical technology. Plush leather seats! Arrangement in the best way possible. Does not feel like a hospital. Well aired. Super clean although 8 years opened. Amazing Meehoon and free flow coffee milo and tea! Super friendly staff. Polite and courteous! Confirm will come back here again! Lunch and breakfast provided for medical checkups!
Overall good hospital but it can be improved in many ways. Few times already warded there any having treatment every months. Last warded its look like short of nurses. I feel they are less aware...forgot time of patient taking medicine, not provide necessary shirt until we request it.Not informing time of treatment until we ask it. Food, hygiene, housekeeping is very good but since this is hospital, i think the more aspect to look is hospitality of the nurses. I understand that the turnover might be high, thus continuous training must be provided to them in order for them to do better. BUT overall...it is good
I am from indonesia and my wife was a patient from here. She has recovered to the best and now i am seeking for treatment here. Top notch services and highly recommended. Will give 10/10 rating plus kudos to tulip ward team as well.
I'm very in love with lotus ward team as my stay has been super pleasant. Kudos and grateful to Dr Goh & Dr Frances. Tasty meal adds on the credit as well. I will definitely recommend this good hospital to all.,🌹🌹🌹😍😍😍😍
Honestly, I was impressed with an excellent customer service received and the staff are friendly. Sincerely thanks to customer service Mandy, I really appreciate and have a wonderful experience. She has demonstrated so much care and take an interest in what is going on as a patient. Mandy was very professional, helpful and most importantly, listen to patient needs. The support I received was thorough and timely... Brilliant。。highly recommended!
