An amazing skin care and aesthetics clinic, I’ve been going for years and I trust Sujitha with any skin concerns I have. I’ve recommended my mum, family and friends here and everyone has been really impressed with the skin care given. I have been visiting Ace Aesthetics since March 2022 for Soprano Laser treatment on my Upper Lip and Chin. The team is absolutely wonderful. Sue did the initial consultation and was very open about the help the laser treatment will provide in reducing hair growth. There is no magic one stop solution, especially as I suffer hormonal issues and Sue honestly addressed that issue and the need for timely top up measures in the future. The team is super friendly and knowledgeable. Karen is my regular aesthetician. She helps me manage my anxiety about the treatment by talking to me through it. Always professional, she delivers with a human touch which is becoming a rare quality in today's fast society. I cannot praise her enough. Overall top marks to everyone and I am so glad I choose Ace Asthetics for my treatments.

I have been a customer of Sue at Ace Aesthetics for over 10 years, trying various skin treatments and products during this time, from Hydra-facials, Soprano Laser hair removal, Tattoo removal and products such as ZO Obagi and Heliocare. Sue and her team are always very patient and informative. I feel comfortable knowing the clinic provides high-quality services and that the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to providing the best experience and results. Very pleased to have such a great clinic in Richmond.

Excellent service. Sue is very professional and experienced for every individuals problems / concerns and deal accordingly. The laser hair removal treatment is awesome, painless, I feel like heaven and I should have done it years ago however it was not easy to find such professional staff after long research. My skin has improved throughout the sessions. The clinic is spotless. I highly recommended to my friends to have treatments here and I’ll never stop to do so.

I have been having laser hair removal with Sue now for nearly 2 years now and she is absolutely amazing! From explaining everything, to giving advice! I am now on topups with her - it is a joy speaking to someone whose genuine! I 10000% recommend Ace Aesthetics!
